Jump Start mission is to raise the awareness of self-love. I believe if we change how we treat ourselves will open the door for us to treat our neighbors in the community better.

I use my years of experiences and studies to help coach. Without experience its hard to guide and lead anyone. I don't use a cookie cutter approach. I use real, relevant and proven to work skills.
